Highline beach volleyball
Knowing that sand volleyball is one of the fastest growing collegiate sports, Highline Beach was created to provide a competitive sand program for the Fort Worth area. Sand provides excellent cross-training for indoor athletes wanting to improve their speed and agility, as well as their vertical and endurance. Sand volleyball training improves mental toughness by forcing players to push past their mistakes because there is no sub waiting to take their spot. Athletes will become more well-rounded players as they are pushed to play multiple positions in one rally.
